Your questions.
Thoughtful answers.
Choosing care is personal. Here's a place to start.
Ask about your optionsWhat is nonmedical home care?
Nonmedical home care provides help with everyday activities, personal routines and companionship. Bethel Place offers personal support services—not skilled nursing, medical treatment or hospice.
Who can receive support from Bethel Place?
We support older adults and individuals with autism, traumatic brain injuries, intellectual or related disabilities, and medical fragility. We discuss each person’s needs to determine whether our nonmedical services are appropriate.
Can I use insurance to pay for care?
We welcome inquiries involving primary insurance and can review payment options with you. Nonmedical home care benefits, payer participation and any authorization must be confirmed for your specific plan before services begin. Coverage is not guaranteed; out-of-pocket payment is also an option.
Where do you provide care?
Bethel Place is headquartered in Jackson, Tennessee and serves communities throughout West Tennessee. Tell us your city or ZIP code so we can confirm local availability, scheduling and whether we can meet your needs.
How do I get started?
Complete our short care inquiry with your contact information, location and the kind of support you are exploring. Our team can then discuss needs, availability and payment options. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you or commit you to services.
Do you provide medical treatment or hospice?
No. Bethel Place is a nonmedical personal support agency. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical treatment or hospice. People who also receive medical services may explore separate nonmedical support with us, where appropriate.
